Dr Nicole Lim is a comprehensive general ophthalmologist with a subspecialty interest in glaucoma. She prioritises clear communication with both patients and referring clinicians, ensuring a high standard of patient-centred care, and believes in tailoring management plans to each patient's unique circumstances.

She has completed two clinical glaucoma subspecialty fellowships, at Wellington Regional Hospital in New Zealand and The Bristol Eye Hospital in the United Kingdom. Through these fellowships, she has developed expertise in managing complex glaucoma cases.

Dr Lim practices across Randwick, Hurstville, Miranda and Sutherland Hospital, where she is a visiting medical officer. She also provides outreach services to the remote NSW communities of Cobar and Bourke, as part of the Outback Eye Service, a program affiliated with Prince of Wales Hospital and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, as well as regular consulting and surgery in Forster on the NSW Mid North Coast.

Dr Lim earned her undergraduate degree in medicine through the University of Newcastle. Driven by a passion for global and equitable healthcare, she furthered her studies with a Master of International Public Health from the University of Sydney during her internship years. She completed her vocational training in Ophthalmology through the Prince of Wales training program in NSW. She is a clinical lecturer with the University of Sydney.
